e) Selection of the Nozzle Size
The provided nozzle set comprises four different nozzles: one blue, one brown
one white and two made of high grad steel.
If only one nozzle is required,
and not a combination, the outlet of the second nozzle must be closed by
turning the ball-valve filter. This to blind converted nozzle body may of
course not be connected to the conveying auger, respectively inserted
into the bore hole of the auger tube.
see table 2, contains which nozzles must be deployed for which
output quantities.

As soon as the upper edge of the floater has reached the169 l/h marking at the flow
measuring device, the contact maker is either pushed upwards or downwards until
the same is situated in the middle of the floater upper edge (Diagram 4, Page 12).

The flow measuring device is only calibrated for water and LUPROSIL

The viscosity of LUPRO-GRAIN

or LUPROSIL NC

is strongly dependent of
the temperature which is the reason the measuring tube displays incorrect
values at these media. At dosing media other than LUPROSIL

, it is therefore
strictly necessary to perform a calibration before dosing.
The measuring tube then only serves the automatic switchoff.
