ALARMS
In addition to notifications, KEM implements 7 alarms to monitor
electric power
,
electric
current
and
water flow
, which can be enabled and parameterised independently.
It will be possible to set an upper and a lower limit for any of the variables. When these
limits are exceeded, the device will send a binary value through the different objects.
The deactivation of the alarm after
exceeding the limit
shall be effective when the value
of the variable is less than the upper limit minus the hysteresis. In the same way, the
deactivation of the alarm after falling
below
the
lower limit
will become effective when
the variable exceeds the lower limit plus the hysteresis.
ETS PARAMETERISATION
The Alarms tab will become visible once the Alarm function has been enabled in the
“General” screen (see section 2.1).
Figure 26.
Alarms
– Configuration
“Alarm n” tab will become visible once some of the alarms have been enabled.
2.6.1
ALARM N
In this tab both the variable to be used for the alarm and the upper and lower limits for
activating the alarm can be configured.
