Commissioning Report

You are required to fill out a commissioning report when first installing a Zenaji battery.

If installing an additional battery to a previously commissioned battery system a new 

commissioning report must be filled out for the additional battery.

Please go to 

www.zenaji.com

 on a computer or mobile and follow the links to fill out the 

commissioning report.

Alternatively, fill out the form on the following pages, scan and email to
