Step by step to the first image
Select the camera you want to use (if
only one camera is installed, this step
is not necessary).
Set the light path to the camera.
Then click on the
live image
icon.
The live window is opened to display
the camera image.
This function can also be called up via
the
Acquisition
⇒
Live
menu.
Now focus the camera image and
select the frame you want to acquire.
In the footer you can select a suitable
scaling for the objective you are using
from the
List of available scalings.
Clicking on the gamma icon in the
bottom line of the live image
accomplishs the optimum color
reproduction.
Click on the icon
Show live
window properties
to open the live
properties.
