Bei Verwendung eines Scanningtisches (ca. 4 kg Gewicht) muss zum Schutz des Fokussiertriebs 
der Hochleistungsfokus aktiviert werden (siehe Seite 49). Probengewichte bis maximal 5 kg 
können bei aktiviertem Hochleistungsfokus auf den Tisch aufgelegt werden.

®

 immersion oil irritates the skin. Avoid any contact with skin, eyes and clothing. 

After inadvertent skin contact, wash the oil off with plenty of water and soap. 

After inadvertent eye contact, immediately rinse the eye with plenty of water for at least five 
minutes. If the irritation persists, consult a specialist.

STOP button 

 

The STOP button on the TFT display serves to switch off the movement of the focusing drive 
instantaneously, so as to prevent a collision with the stage or the specimen placed on it.  

Actuation of the STOP button causes the movement of the focusing drive to be halted immediately.
