6.4 Optional alarm system
The lifting unit has four potential-free contacts which can be passed over to the external
alarm equipment. The closing contact of the combined fault is loadable with max. 1 A/230
V AC. The contact opens after troubleshooting. The exact arrangement of the potential-
free contacts is documented in the operating manual for the control ZPS 2.

We recommend the connection of a mains-independent alarm trigger which also trig-
gers an alarm in case of power failure. The additional module is stocked under the
article number: 13001.
6.5 Handing over the plant to the user
When handing over the plant to the user:

Explain the functionality of the plant.

Hand over the plant when it is fully functional.
‡
Deliver the handover report with essential data of commissioning (e.g. changes to
the factory settings).
‡
Hand over the operating manual.

Please do not forget to carry out product registration with the manufacturer.
6.6 Operation
The plant may be operated for its intended use.

The plant works automatically. Apart from regular maintenance, only occasional visual
inspections have to be carried out. In case of irregularities, skilled persons have to be
called in, e.g. customer service partners authorised by the manufacturer.
