5.4. Inlet lines
On the collecting tank, there a several possibilities available for the connection of the inlet
line:
- laterally (nozzle): 2 x DN 100 (outer diameter 110 mm)
1 x DN 50 (outer diameter 52 mm)
- rear (contour for sawing open): 1 x DN 100
- from above (nozzle): 1 x DN 100/150
All nozzles and the inlet on the rear side are closed. After specifying the connections to

The inlet on the rear side has to be cut out using a hole saw (110 mm). It is absolutely
necessary to remove before.

Pipelines must be laid constantly descending toward the lifting unit. Pipelines must
be able to run empty on its own.

All line connections on sewage lifting units must be designed in a sound-insulated

coupling must have a distance of at least 20 mm.

The weight of the lines has to be absorbed by means of pipe clamps and/or consoles
on the part of the building site.

Tubular shaped bandages have to be carefully tightened.
When using the minimum inlet height of 180 mm, it has to be observed with connec-

waters prior to switching on the pump. This can lead to the fact that dirt deposits in
the inlet line cannot be excluded.
