transformer output voltage is acceptable, go to step 3.
3. Check the rectifier output voltage (DC).
If this voltage is less than approximately
12/24V, the rectifier bridge is defective.
If the rectifier output voltage is
acceptable, go to step 4.
4. Check the voltage on 4 wire. If voltage is
not present, check Fuse FGR. If Fuse 4 is
intact, go to step 5.
5. Check the voltage on R Pin. If voltage is
not present, check the electrolytic
capacitor C. if C is intact go to step 6.
6. Replace PC board
4.18.4 DC Motor Maintenance
1. Check KMC relay
•
If receiving power and output
power check brushes on motor.
Skip to step Step 3
• If its not receiving power skip to
step 2.
2. Check output of wire 29- and to KMC
relay
•
If receiving power to relay, but not
activating, replace relay
•
If not receiving power check FB fuse
• If not receiving ground, replace
board
3. Check brushes in DC Motor
• If brushes worn. Replace
• If brushes are still good or new
brushes are installed and the motor
still does not work. Replace motor.
