Pre-loading Inspection
(a)
Check pre-cooled products temperature, noting any variances on the manifest.
(b)
Inspect these following chill box and unit components:
1. Chill box door and vent seals
2. Chill box door hinges and looker
3. Chill box walls and insulation conditions
4. Evaporator drain hose for obstruction
5. Evaporator fans operativity and air flow
6. Condenser fans operativity and air flow
Supervise product loading ensuring sufficient air space all around each pack of cargo load.
CAUTION!! Ensure at least 7cm (3”) distance from every wall.
Post-Loading Inspection
(a)
Check evaporator air circulation and outlet airspace
(b)
Turn unit off before opening chill box door. (Equipping unit with MPC optional cold room door micro-switch, unit
automatically stops at door opening with
A09 Alarm).
(c)
Check load temperature and verify unit setpoint.
(d)
Verify Cold room door closure.
(e)
Start a manual defrost after 45min.
Enroute Inspection
a)
Verify set-point according product.
b)
Check Evaporator ΔT from SERV during pull-down.
