1.2 Powering the IOMOD10F module
A programming / calibration system using the
'ISPnano Series 4 ATE'
and the
'IOMOD10F -
Oscillator Calibration Module'
, requires TWO independent power supplies. One power supply is for
the ISPanno programmer and the other power supply is for the
IOMOD10F
module.
The
IOMOD10F
connector module must be powered by an external 3.3V DC power supply. The
external supply is required because the
'OXCO - Oscillator Module'
on the
IOMOD10
module takes
around 600mA at 3.3V and must have an accurate current-limited supply.
