The SPORT incorporates a 24 hour clock.
Go to Main menu by pressing MENU

Select Setup by pressing 2 2 2 2, then ENTER ENTER ENTER ENTER.

Select Time by pressing 1 1 1 1, then ENTER ENTER ENTER ENTER.

The first and second digits that you press define the desired hour; 06 is 6 am and
18 is 6 pm. The third and fourth digits you press define the minute; you can use
anything between 00 and 59. The fifth and sixth digits define the seconds. If the
time you see on the display is what you want, press ENTER

Press ENTER ENTER ENTER ENTER to return to the previous menu for another attempt to enter the
time.
If the time of day you have entered is accepted, press MENU MENU MENU MENU until you return to
the Main menu.
