levels which can be adjusted during the program setup or during the workout.

to adjust value and press ENTER to continue. Finally, press START to begin.
During the program,
the upper body% and resistance le
vel will not change unless you manually do so. Any setting you change will
remain that way until manually changed again.
Time counts down to 0, Calories and Distance will count up. Press
