Installing the Evaporator

Use the following instructions to install the evaporator

as shown in

Figure 11 on page 33

The lifting chains along the axis of the

evaporator/condenser shells should not

exceed 90° +/- 10°. A spreader bar may

be required to achieve the +/- 10°.

One chain is required per each lifting

point.
Use lifting chains with working load limit

each at least 40% of the total shell weight.
