Assembly

Optional

Field cut and remove a 35 1/2” [902 mm] length 

segment from the intermediate bottom 

as shown 

below

. Center the cut between 36” [914 mm] 

bolt centers. Position the slide gate in the 

opening just cut. Bolt discharge hopper ends 

to the intermediate bottom placing the hopper 

underneath the slide gate. Shim as required.

use 3/8” bolts

and flange nuts

caulk as needed

D8 and D12 = 35 1/2” (+1/16” - 0) [902 mm]

D16 and D21 = 34 13/16” (+1/16” - 0) [885 mm]
