Levelling your cross trainer
To help you level the cross trainer on uneven surface, 2 height
adjusters are included on the rear stabilisers. Simply twist these
around to adjust the height of the cross trainer

Adjusting the resistance
This cross trainer features a speed independent braking (resistance)
system. The resistance is controlled by a tension strap, which is moved
closer or further away from the flywheel disc – the closer the tension
strap is to the flywheel disc the higher the resistance. The tension
strap is tension knob controlled, to adjust simply scroll the knob on the
tension control. The resistance levels go from ‘
