Connecting to the Power Supply and
Turning the Power Switch ON/OFF

Connecting the Power Supply

Be sure to also read the precautions in section 3.6, “Connecting the Power

Supply” in the User’s Manual when connecting the power supply.

  WARNING

• Use only the power cord and AC adapter supplied by YOKOGAWA Meters &

Instruments for the XL100.

• Check that the power source voltage matches the supply voltage rating (100

to 240 VAC), and then connect the power cord.

Connecting the AC Adapter

Follow the steps below to connect the AC adapter.

1.

Check that the power switch is OFF.

2.

Connect the AC adapter to the AC adapter jack of the XL100.

3.

Connect the plug of the power cord supplied with the AC adapter to the

power connector of the AC adapter.

4.

Connect the other end of the power cord to the power outlet that meets the

power rating (requirements).
