Directions
Cook the portobello slices in the Personal Griddle
and set aside.
Lay the tortilla on the Cooking Surface of the
Personal Griddle and place the mozzarella,
spinach, and portobello slices on top.
Put the second tortilla on top of the other
ingredients and cook in the Personal Griddle
until quesadilla is lightly browned and the
cheese is melted.
