Directions
Mix the shredded chicken, cheese, cilantro, and
the diced avocado.
Lay a tortilla flat on a plate and add ¼ of the
mixture. Roll the tortilla. Repeat the process for
each tortilla.
Pour the olive oil into the Personal Griddle. Place
both tortilla roll ups in the Personal Griddle and
cook until the cheese is melted. Serve warm.

2 cups cooked
shredded chicken
½ cup low-fat
mozzarella cheese
1 avocado, diced
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
4 medium whole
wheat tortillas
1 tbsp extra
virgin olive oil
