When the network of the phone is disconnected and the warning message appears on the screen, the phone will
play an alert tone.

The following table lists the parameter you can use to configure out of service.

Description
It enables or disables the phone to play an alert tone when out of service caused by network abnor-
mality.
Note: You can customize the alert tone by the parameter "voice.tone.congestion".

Description
It configures the time (in seconds) to wait before the phone plays an alert tone after the network is
abnormal.
Note: It works only if "features.out_of_service_alert.enable" is set to 1 (Enabled).

When the CP960 is connected to a PC via USB, users can switch between the hybrid UC conference and the idle
screen, and can synchronize the volume with the PC.

Description It specifies the display screen when the phone is connected to the PC via USB.

Values
0-The phone enters the hybrid UC conference screen directly and you cannot return to the idle
screen.
1-USB mode is enabled. The phone stays in the screen before connected to the PC and you can
return to the idle screen.
