Input Phase Loss
Drive input power has an open phase.
Correct all wiring errors in the main circuit drive
input power.
The drive input power terminals are not
tight.
Tighten the terminals to the correct tightening
torque.
Too much fluctuation in the drive input
power voltage.
•
Measure the voltage from the drive input power.
•
Make the drive input power stable.
There is unsatisfactory balance between
voltage phases.
•
Make the drive input power stable.
•
Disable phase loss detection.
The main circuit capacitors are
unserviceable.
•
Make sure that the capacitor maintenance time in
monitor
U4-05 [CapacitorMaintenance]
is less
than 90%.
•
Replace the main capacitors if
U4-05
is more
than 90%. Contact Yaskawa or a Yaskawa
representative to replace the main capacitors.
Make sure that there are no problems with the drive
input power. If drive input power is correct and the
alarm continues to occur, replace the control board
