4.1.5 Liners should overhand the joint face of the block with the cylinder head for the
interval from 0.06 to 0.16 mm. A that dimensions for the liners of each cylinder row should not
exceed 0.06 mm.
4.2. Cylinder head with manifolds
4.2.1 Eduction valves 3 (picture 4) eduction valves 5, which were in operation before
should be installed in the same guide bushings of the cylinder head 7 in which they were
installed before disassembly considering the location of the valves in the compartmented
cassettes for the valves.
4.2.2 Eduction valves should rotate and move free in the longitudinal direction in the
guide bushings without constraints.
4.2.3 Before the assembling of the cylinder head tapered surfaces of the valves
3 and 5 should be ground to the joining surfaces of the seats 9 and 8 with the help of
grinding compound till the appearance of the closed brushed ring1.5 mm width on the specified
surfaces.
4.2.4 After the grinding cylinder head 7, valves 3 and 5, valve seats 9 and 8 should be
washed till the elimination of the grinding compound and blown with the compressed air.
Pooling of the valves and seats after the grinding is not allowed.
