11. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Possible cause/s
Remedy
1 Loader does not rise
smoothly.
1. A problem with the transmission
hydraulic oil.
1. Transmission hydraulic oil
• Check whether the transmission
hydraulic oil level is correct.
• adjust the transmission hydraulic
oil level
• Check whether the ambient
temperature is too low.
• contact YOUR LOCAL YANMAR
TRACTOR DEALER for the
recommended remedy
• Check whether the transmission
hydraulic oil is dirty.
• change the transmission hydraulic
oil and transmission hydraulic oil
filter
2. A problem other than 1 above.
2. Other problems
• Check whether the hydraulic pump
is worn out or damaged.
• contact YOUR LOCAL YANMAR
TRACTOR DEALER
• Check whether air is trapped in the
hydraulic system.
• operate the implement control
lever several times to bleed air
• Check whether there is air leak in
pump inlet line.
• contact YOUR LOCAL YANMAR
TRACTOR DEALER
2 Loader rises too
slowly.
1. A problem with the implement control
valve.
1. Implement control valve
• Check whether the implement
control valve is worn out or
damaged.
• repair or replace the implement
control valve
• Check whether the hydraulic quick
couplers are connected properly.
• connect the hydraulic quick
couplers properly
2. A problem with the transmission
hydraulic oil.

• Check whether the transmission
hydraulic oil level is correct.
• adjust the transmission hydraulic
oil level
• Check whether the ambient
temperature is too low.
