CL600 Operator's Manual
■
Backblade
Position the bucket at an angle of less than 45
degrees and backup slowly:
●
Backgrading or backblading with the bucket tilted
dumped too far damages the bucket cylinders.
●
The preceding practice makes the CL600 loader
warranty void.
■
Backfill
Approach the pile with a flat bucket:
●
Do not use the bucket in the dump position for
bulldozing.
●
If the preceding practice is not observed,
excessive shock is applied on the dump linkage,
the bucket cylinders and the tractor.
Operate at right angles to the ditch. Take a bite as
big as the tractor can handle without lugging down.
Leave dirt which drifts over the side of the bucket for
a final clean up.
Pile dirt on the high side for easier backfilling on a
slope.

If the preceding practice is not observed, severe
impact damage can occur on the dump linkage,
the bucket cylinders and the tractor as a whole.
●
For more efficient operation, do not attempt to
dump all the dirt out of the bucket after each pass.
