10. MOUNT AND DISMOUNT THE BUCKET

9. The mounted attachment is now ready for use.
■
Dismount the Bucket
1. Level the bucket slightly and lower the bucket to
the ground.
2. Shut off the engine.
3. Engage the parking brake securely.
4. Pull up the handles of the latch pins of the quick
hitch assembly to the highest position to unlock
the latch pins.
5. Sit on the operator seat.
6. Start the engine and run at idle speed.
7. Slowly move the implement control lever in the
dump position to slightly push the bucket away
from the quick hitch assembly.
8. Lower the loader boom until the mounting plate of
the quick hitch assembly is clear of the bucket
saddle.
9. Slowly move back the tractor away from the
dismounted bucket.

Maintenance
●
An over center latch system is used to secure
bucket to the quick hitch assembly. Always keep
the parts of the system clean, lubricated and free
from dirt and debris.
● Make sure that the latch pins and handles of the
quick hitch assembly are free from dirt and debris.
● Apply grease to the latch pins on a weekly basis.
●
Keep the latch pins lubricated.
● Always keep the hex nuts of the latch pin handles
of the quick hitch assembly tightened.
●
Always clean the bucket saddle.
●
Remove any dirt and debris from latch pin holes
before attempting to mount the bucket to the quick
hitch assembly.
Avoid injury!
●
Make sure that the bucket is mounted
securely before operation or transport.
●
Always replace immediately any damaged
hardware.
NOTE
●
The loader stands must be in folded position.
