5-1. Connection to a smartphone
You can import measured results of the DF870 into a smartphone by downloading the
dedicated application “Yamato Body Planner.” After measurement, just scan the
displayed/printed QR code from the scanning screen of the dedicated application to
manage the data on your smartphone. In addition, by setting the target weight, or by
using the calendar function for the past two years’ data, you can further utilize the DF870

5-2. Connection to a personal compute r
You can import measured results of the DF870 into a personal computer by downloading the dedicated
application “DF870 communication software.” To use this function, you need to provide a USB cable on your
own and install the USB driver in advance through the procedure on the next page. To download the DF870
communication software, visit our website and select
Product  Health care etc. and enter the page for the
DF870.
Note that the DF870 communication software is also a tool for preparing PC software by the user. For its
communication specifications and DLL specifications, contact your vendor.
