1 Installed state of O
2
sensor Check the installed area for looseness or pinching. As the returning
method start
method, start and
warm up the
engine until the
coolant tempera-
ture rises over
60 °C (140 °F).
Then, maintain the
engine speed at
2,000 r/min to
3,000 r/min until
the warning light
goes off. When the
warning light goes
off, the reset oper-
ation is finished.

Check the coupler for any pins that may have pulled
out. Check the locking condition of the coupler. If
there is a malfunction, repair it and connect it
securely.
3 Open or short circuit in wiring har-
ness Repair or replace if there is an open or short circuit.
