INSPECTION STEPS
If the solenoid valve will not operate, use the following inspection steps.

ELEC

* marked: Refer to “IGNITION SYSTEM” section.

NOTE:

• Remove the following parts before inspection.

1) Cowling
2) Fuel tank

• Use l2V battery in this inspection.
• Use the following special tools in this inspection.

Pocket tester:

Replace condenser.

Repair or replace.

Check each couplers and

wire connection.

No good

Check solenoid valve

operation.

Check solenoid valve coil.

Replace.

Replace CDI unit.
