INSPECTING THE INTAKE AIR
TEMPERATURE SENSOR

Measure:

• Intake air temperature sensor output

voltage
Out of specification

→

Replace.

Measuring steps

(1) Connect the test harness (2-pin) as

shown.

(2) Turn the engine start switch to the on

position.

(3) Measure the intake air temperature

sensor output voltage.

Intake air temperature sensor
