To fill the circuit; connect the 2 separately packed filling lines to the PV and HA
oxygenators, see figure 15
. Take care to connect it tightly and maintain sterility.
•
Remove the yellow de-airing cap on both oxygenators, see figure 15. Do not discard
these yellow caps, store carefully.
•
Fill the system with the preferred perfusion solution (min. 2 L) via both filling lines.
After filling, close the filling lines by the clamps and the swivel valves to avoid
unintended leakages.
