The compressor naturally heats up after prolonged operation. Therefore, always use the
designated grip/handle to move the device. Never touch the cylinders or uncovered parts
to avoid the risk of burns!
Never leave the device unattended during operation or shortly after shutdown. The
accumulated heat may be a source of fire or burn hazards.
When using the compressor and other types of air tools, always observe all precautions
to prevent fire, electric shock and other personal injury. The manufacturer is not liable for
personal injury or property damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions
provided in this instruction manual or from improper handling of the device.
The device is in no way intended as a toy and should be kept in a safe place, away from
children.
During maintenance, make sure the device is off and the power cord plug is
disconnected from the power supply.
Never use the device near pressure or other cylinders containing hydrogen, oxygen,
carbon dioxide or other substances whose presence increases the explosion hazard.
Before each start, first check the device to ensure that all the major and minor
components are free from damage and working properly.
Ensure that the device is placed on a suitable surface and avoid the fall or unforeseen
movement of the device du to other factors.
Assume a comfortable and safe position to operate the device. Never use the device in
unnatural or unsafe positions, on unstable surfaces, ladders, etc.
Never use the device if the main switch (ON/OFF) does not operate properly. Before
each start, have the switch replaced/repaired by an authorised service centre.
Maintain the device well. Check that the moving parts work properly and freely. Check all
parts for breakage or damage that may compromise the safe operation of the device.
Before use, have all damaged parts replaced by an authorised service centre. Many
accidents result from poor maintenance.
Always use adequate personal protective equipment. Wearing personal protective
equipment such as a face mask, anti-slip safety footwear, helmet, goggles or hearing
protection, depending on the task at hand, reduces the risk of injury.
Check all couplings, connectors, hoses and power cables. All maintenance equipment,
couplings and hoses must meet the prescribed pressure and air volume values specified
fin the equipment rating. Tool low pressure affects the function of the equipment; too high
pressure may cause property damage and personal injury. Protect air hoses from
kinking, contact with solvents, thinners, sharp edges, sources of heat, oils, and other
chemical and mechanical damage.
Ensure that couplings and hose clamps are always tightened securely. In case of a leak
or damage, air may escape uncontrollably, giving rise to potential dangerous situations.
Replace damaged hoses and couplings immediately. Damaged air components may
cause air leaks and personal injury.
