8. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CAUTION!

Always ensure that the battery is removed from the device before inspecting, storing,
cleaning or performing any maintenance on the device.
•
If you are going to store or take the device out of use, always remove the battery from it
and keep it in a safe place out of the reach of children.
•
Use appropriate personal protective equipment when performing inspection or
maintenance.
For cleaning and mechanical maintenance of the device, use a dry or slightly moistened cloth or
compressed air. Never use gasoline, thinner or other alcohol-based agents. Discoloration,
deformation or cracking of components may occur.
To ensure the safety and reliability of the product, all repairs, warranty and post-warranty service
and necessary operations related to maintenance may only be carried out by an authorized service
center and exclusively using original spare parts.
OPERATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH TOOL MAINTENANCE:
1) Check the proper tightening of all screws and other fastening elements.
2) Check that the individual components of the device do not show signs of any damage,
tears, cracks or wear. Damaged or missing parts or switches must be repaired or replaced
immediately.
3) Store the device in a dry, safe place out of the reach of children and at a temperature below
40 °C.
