Lower Swing Arms

Connecting & Lower Swing Arms
1. Place 2pcs Ø17_Wave Washer (108) into the center axle of Console Mast. Then place Lower
Handle Bar (L) (10) into left center axle of Console Mast, Screw up with 5/16" × UNC18 ×
3/4"_Hex Head Bolt (76) and Ø8.5 × Ø26 × 2.0T_Flat Washer (104) by 12/14m/m_Wrench (118).
Same way to screw up Lower Handle Bar (R) (11) into right center axle of Console Mast.
2. nsert the shaft on left connecting arm (7) to the bushing on left pedal arm (5) and secure with
5/16" × 15m/m Button Head Socket Bolt (77) together with Ø8.5 × 26 × 2.0T Flat Washer (104)
by using Combination M5 Allen Wrench & Phillips Head Screw Driver (121). Do it the same way
for right connecting arm (8) and right pedal arm (6).
3. Remove the Magic Strap from Rod End Bearing of Connecting Arm (L) (7). Make 5/16" ×
1-1/4"_Hex Head Bolt (115) through fish eye fixed tablets of Lower Handle Bar (L). Screw up
Ø5/16" × Ø20 × 1.5T_Flat Washer (116); 5/16" × 7T_Nyloc Nut (93) and Rod End Bearing of
Connecting Arm (L) by (119) and (118). Fixed inside of the fish eye fixed tablets of Lower Handle
Bar (L) . Same way to screw up Connecting Arm (R) (8) into Lower Handle Bar (R) (11)
1. Place 2 Wave Washers

into the center axle of Console Mast. Then place Lower Handle
Bar (L)

into left center axle of Console Mast, Screw a Hex Head Bolt

with the Wrench

. Repeat on the Lower Handle Bar (R)

center axle of Console Mast.
2. Insert the shaft of the left connecting arm

3. Remove the strap from Rod End Bearing of Connecting Arm (L)
