FS380 Elliptical

1. Slide the Rail Assembly into the Main Frame

. Insert one Button

Head Socket Bolt

through each side and attach a Flat Washer

and a Nyloc Nut

to each joint on the inside.

2. Attach the Rail Assembly

to the rails

with two Button Head

Socket Bolts

and Curved Washers

(113)

on each side. Tighten using

the L Allen Wrench

3. Locate the Console Mast

(9)

and Console Mast Cover

(54)

and slide the

Cover onto the Mast as far as it will go. Make sure the Console Mast Cover

is facing the correct way.

At the top opening of the Main Frame

of the elliptical is a

Computer Cable

Unravel and straighten out the Computer Cable

(33)

and feed

it into the bottom of the Console Mast tube

and out of the

top opening.

•

Install the Console Mast

into the receiving bracket in the

top of the Main Frame

Put the 6 of Hex Head Bolts

and 4 of Flat Washers

,2 Curved Washers

. Install, and hand tighten by using the Wrench

NOTE: There is a electrical wire running through the Console Mast Tube

Be careful not to damage or pinch this Computer Cable

during this

procedure.

4. Connect the Front Stabilizer Bar

with the main frame at front joining

plate by using 12/14 mm Wrench

to tighten 2 of Hex Head Bolt

5. Place Console Assembly

on Console Mast , the Computer Cable

and Handpulse W/Cable Assembly

Assembly(Red)

plug into the console ( the same color to same

color ) , Place console on the fixed tablets of Console Mast ; then screw up

with 4 Phillips Head Screw
