Surveillance Point Settings
[Add]:
Add which device to surveillance point, as shown in
Figure 2-18

[Device Name]:
Set a sole name to make the device easy to distinguish with other devices
[Port No]:
Set TCP Port number, the port of device data transmission
[User Name]:
Set user name to log-in the device
[Password]:
Set log-in password of the device
[Channel]:
Set the quantity of channels in the device, normally 4 / 8 / 16 for DVR and 1 for IP cameras.
[IP Address]
：
Set the IP address, which used to be used in intranet connection
[Domain Name]:
Set the domain name for this device in order to find and connect with the device when it is
connected with Ethernet.
[DDNS]
：
Setting dynamic domain name serve.
After all the above settings are finished, user needs to click Save to restore, you can parameters. Then the device
you want to add will be shown in the device list. Double click the device, CMS system start to connect with the
device. When success, it will be shown as the following Figure 2-19
