Possible Cause and Solution
The robot vacuum gets stuck in front of
the omni station and cannot return to it.
Clear any obstruction within 0.5 m on the left and right sides or within 1.5 m in front of the omni station to
prevent the robot vacuum from being blocked.
The route for returning to charge is blocked, e.g. the door is closed.
The robot vacuum may slip if the floor in front of the omni station is overly wet. If so, clean the excess
water before trying again.
It is recommended to move the omni station to a different place and try again.
The robot vacuum misses some rooms.
Make sure all doors are fully open.
Check whether there is any door with a threshold over 2 cm in height, as the robot vacuum cannot cross a
threshold over 2 cm.
If the doorway into a room is wet or slippery, the robot vacuum may slip and cannot function properly. It is
recommended to manually wipe up excess water on the floor.
The robot vacuum does not resume
cleaning after charging.
Make sure the robot vacuum is not set to DND mode. The DND mode will prevent the robot vacuum from
resuming cleaning.
The robot vacuum will not resume cleaning if you manually return the robot vacuum to the omni station
to charge (manually placing the robot vacuum on the omni station, manually pressing the button on the
robot vacuum, or manually sending the robot vacuum to charge via the app).
The cleaning tray has a water level error.
Remove the cleaning tray, and clean the water outlet if it is blocked.
Gently press down on the dirty water tank to make sure it is installed correctly.
Check whether the seal on the dirty water tank is loose or not correctly installed, and manually reset it if
so. If the problem persists, please contact the after-sales service team.
