Remove the drum cartridge. (Refer to
Replacing the Drum Cartridge
).
Take a sheet of clean paper and roll it into
a tube. Roll it tightly so that the diameters
of the holes at each end are less than the
thickness of your little finger.
Holding the drum cartridge as shown,
gently rub the surface of the drum with
the rolled-up paper to remove any
particles of toner caking on the drum into
a wastebasket or onto a prepared surface.
Replace the drum cartridge.
Replace the toner cartridge.
