ENERAL

To ensure the best operating conditions for your machine, it is recommended that you regularly clean 
the inside.
For normal usage, please respect the following rules: 

• Never use a plug that lacks an earth connection terminal to connect the product to an electrical 

outlet.

• Never attempt any maintenance procedures that are not specifically described in the customer 

documentation.

• Never touch a labelled area found on or near the heat roller.  You can get burnt. If a sheet of 

paper is wrapped around the heat roller, do not try to remove it by yourself to avoid injuries or 
burns.  Switch off the machine immediately, and contact your Xerox Customer Support Centre.

• Never throw toner or a toner container into an open flame.  It can cause an explosion and you 

can get burnt.
