Local Accounting
Enables the Accounting feature on the press. When selected, Auditron Mode is available.
Auditron Mode
Enable Accounting to perform account management for print services.
Setting the Accounting Type / Enabling Accounting
1. Log in as the administrator.
2. Press the Machine Status button on the press User Interface (UI).
3. Press the Tools button on the UI.
4. Select Accounting.
5. Select the desired Accounting Type; choices include:
• Local Accounting
• Network Accounting
• Xerox Standard Accounting
Select Save to return to the Accounting window.
6. Continue to select other desired Accounting features and options.
7. Select Close repeatedly until the main Tools screen is displayed.
8. Exit the administrator mode.
Auto Reset of User Billing Information
Automatically Resetting User Billing Information
This feature allows you to reset Billing Information on particular dates.
1. Log in as the administrator.
2. Press the Machine Status button on the press User Interface (UI).
3. Press the Tools button on the UI.
4. Select Accounting > Auto Reset of User Billing Information.
5. Select the desired setting; choose from the following options:
• Off
• Reset Every Year
• Reset Every Quarter
• Reset Every Month
If you select Reset Every Year, Reset Every Quarter or Reset Every Month, you can
then select the date the reset will occur.
6. Select Save.
7. If required, select Close.
8. Exit the administrator mode.
