Using Your Printer with a USB Cable

To operate your printer with a Windows PC, you must install the
printer driver. Place the CD-ROM in the CD-ROM drive and
perform the instructions on page

2.9

.

If you have a USB (Universal Serial Bus) port enabled on your computer, and if
your computer is running Windows 98/ Me/ 2000/ XP, you can connect your
Phaser 3210 printer to the USB chain of devices.

Make sure that both the printer and computer are turned

ON

Plug one end of the USB cable into the USB port on the
printer.

install USB driver

Installing USB driver in Windows 98/Me

To the USB port

To connect the printer to the USB port of the

computer requires a certified USB cable.

And the length should be less than three meters.
