REP 27.1 TRAY 2 MODULE

PARTS LIST ON PL 27.1

REMOVAL

WARNING

Switch the Main Power off and disconnect the
Power Cord.

CAUTION

Three people are required to remove the
printer from the Tray 2 Module.

1. (Figure 1): Remove the Tray 2 Module.

a. Remove the Tray 2 Cassette.

b. Disconnect the connector.

c. Turn the screw clockwise to release the

latches.

d. Two persons should lift the printer from

the Tray 2 Module while one person
holds the screw clockwise.

REPLACEMENT

NOTE: (Figure 2): Before reinstalling the Tray 2
Module, press the lever several times to ensure
that the Drive Gear raises when the lever is
pressed.

When latching the Tray 2 Module, ensure that
both latches are engaged.
