A message appears on the control panel when a staple cartridge is empty.

Replacing Staples in the Convenience Stapler

1.

Open the convenience stapler door as shown.

2.

Grip the staple cartridge by the orange handle and remove it by pulling it to the left.

3.

On the new staple cartridge, ensure that the staple strips on top of the stack are complete and flat.
Remove any partial strips and any strips that are bent.

4.

Grip the new staple cartridge by the orange handle and insert the cartridge into the stapler until
it clicks.
