Xerox Document Centre Reference Guide

Generating Reports

To generate reports, use the EQUITRAC® Report Wizard.

In the main screen file pull down menu Select reports. A window
will appear offering the opportunity to process the most recent data.

After your selection, the data will be collected. You will be able to
choose two options, select from several existing formats or create
your own report.

If you choose Run Reports, you can use the Report Wizard to create
a report to your specifications.

For more detailed information, refer to the EQUITRAC System 4
OfficeTrac
