NUC
A Non-Uniformity Correction is used to compensate for non-ideal pixel behavior and pixel
production variations. A good NUC greatly enhances image quality.
Please refer to Chapter 7 for a detailed explanation of the NUC image correction
functionality and options.
Gain and offset control
The gain and offset controls allow you to multiply (gain) and shift (offset) the pixel values.
This allows you to enhance the contrast of the image for a particular scene.
If an on-board NUC calibration is activated, these gain and offset values are applied on the
corrected image.
Image processing control
– Auto gain control
contains all relevant gain and offset
functionality.
Enable
is a general enable / disable toggle for all gain and offset control functionality.

display the currently applied gain and offset values.
