During the ignition phase and in the first hour of use, the Manufacturer
advises to place the Brazier tray in the lowest position, utilizing the specific
height adjustment knob, see

During service, if charcoal consumption makes it necessary, it’s possible to
move the Brazier tray closer to the Grill drawers to maintain a stable heat level.
During service it is possible to adjust the Smoke outlet valve: opening or clos-
ing it to obtain a more or less intense charcoal aroma, see
