Customer care and warranty
The X-Oven.2 model is covered by a
two-year warranty
starting from the
delivery date. Once the product is received, the Customer must verify that
all parts are present, see

and
Chart 2
, that there are no defects of
compliancy and that no damages occurred during transportation.
If a problem is identified, the Customer is obliged to promptly
contact and
document
in writing to the Manufacturer or the Authorized sales channel
within
60 days
from the delivery date, the list of parts with defects of
compliancy or missing.
The Manufacturer or the Authorized sales channel, if responsibility is
ascertained, will provide, in the shortest time possible, technical assistance,
replacement parts and, if necessary, product’s substitution.
The Customer is responsible, in the case worn out or damaged components
are discovered that could affect the proper and safe use of the product,
to
immediately stop its use
, to promptly inform the Manufacturer and/or
the Authorized sales channel, and request technical assistance identifying, if
possible, the component to substitute, visit
The two-year warranty doesn’t cover those parts which are subject to
fair
wear and tear
. The Manufacturer informs that technical assistance and
parts’ replacement needed due to fair wear and tear and/or due to damages
for which the Manufacturer is not responsible, are
not covered by warranty
.
The Manufacturer informs that the parts subject to fair wear and tear that are
not covered by warranty are: the
Grill drawers

Grills
, the
Telescopic
guides
, the
Brazier tray
, the
Ash pan
, the
Thermometer
and the
Front
hatch internal
and
external glass
.
The Customer must install and use only
X-Oven’s original parts
supplied
by the Manufacturer or Authorized sales channel, visit
. If
not original parts are used, the Manufacturer is relieved from any responsibility
and warranty obligations.
