Guarantee
The Aircomatic® II has been thoroughly tested before shipping. This guarantee covers all
manufacturing and material defects for 2 year from the delivery date and only covers parts and
labour costs. Shipping costs will be extra to the customer. The guarantee is not valid if the
Aircomatic® II has been opened or tampered with prior to sending it back to Wynn's for
inspection. Damages due to overloading, improper use, application of unauthorised products,
shocks, accidents, use of the Machine for purposes other than cleaning and treating evaporators of
air conditioning systems, are all excluded from the guarantee. The Aircomatic® II can be locally
repaired following written consent by Wynn's Belgium. This consent will be given after
examination of the specific case by Wynn's Belgium. In case of a complaint please also send a
copy of the purchase invoice. It is also important to indicate the serial number of the apparatus on
the invoice.
Safety requirements
• Do not put the machine on a slope when it is filled or connected to a voltage source.
• Do not use the machine if damaged.
• Always use an earthed mains lead.
• Never open the apparatus when the voltage source is switched on.
• Operating temperature range: 0 to +50 °C
• Storage temperature range: -30 to +90 °C.
• Aerate the vehicle for 5 to 10 minutes after treatment.
Possible failures
No vapour or very little vapour is produced
• Check voltage source (green LED illuminated).
• Check if there is a warning light illuminated.
• Check the ventilator function; if necessary clean the filter in front of the ventilator, check if the
outlet tube has an obstruction.
LED (orange) low level or high level illuminates
• Check that the machine is horizontal.
• Wait approximately 1 minute.
• Empty the reservoir and fill it again (100 ml).
• Check if the high level sensor in the filling tube has been moistened during filling of the liquid.
LED (red) high temperature illuminates
• Check operating temperature of the machine 0 to +50 °C.
Liquid flows out of the overflow opening at the bottom of the machine
• Too much liquid has been added.
• The machine was on a slant and has been put upright again.
• Attention: Do not open the machine. In case of defect send the machine to your Wynn's
distributor.

Principle
An ultrasonic cell with a frequency of 1.7 MHz transforms the liquid into small droplets of <5
micron diameter. This vapour is blown through the outlet tube. The vapour is then sucked up
through the filters and evaporator and eliminates contamination.
The treatment takes about 15 minutes at 22°C and is automatically stopped either at minimum
fluid level or at the end of the treatment time. At higher temperatures the treatment time will be
shorter, at lower temperatures the treatment time will be longer. The machine automatically
calculates the correct treatment time. An annual treatment assures an odour and infection-free air-
conditioning system.

LED indication
• Blue "cleaning": Cleaning process is being carried out.
• Green "ready": Machine is ready for use. Push start / stop button.
• Orange "low level": The liquid level is too low.
