Adjustment
Tilt Adjustment
The boom wings are allowed to tilt in a 15º range. The tilt
cylinder clevis should be adjusted so that the boom upright
does not contact either of the limit pad bolts.

Aligning The Breakaway
The breakaway is controlled by an auto-reset air shock.
To align the breakaway with the rest of the boom, loosen
the U-bolts on the mount plate, align the breakaway and
retighten the U-bolts.
The air shock should be charged to 45 psi with compressed
air. If the breakaway becomes loose, check the air shock
with a tire gauge and charge the shock to 45 psi.
