OUNTING
The AV-300/350 receiver is normally installed in the avionics bay. The receiver mounting
location must be structurally adequate. The supporting structure and attachments must be able to
withstand the appropriate loads for the type of aircraft and the location within the fuselage.
Refer to regulatory and industry guidance for current information.
The AV-300/350 receiver may be mounted either vertically or horizontally. Allow adequate
space for installation of cables and connectors. See Figure 2 on page 33 for the AV-300/350
receiver dimensions
Mount the receiver in an accessible location using four 8-32 stainless steel Phillips pan head
screws tightened to 30 inch pounds using self-locking retainers.
