17 - WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The Manufacturer guarantees to the original buyer the absence of defects in the product (raw
materials and production) starting from the date of purchase.
This warranty is not transferable and it is limited to the original buyer, except for what forbidden
by law. This Warranty confers on the buyer specifi c legal rights and the buyer can claim the
rights that change according to the local laws.
Read all warnings and instructions before using the product. The Manufacturer’s full responsi-
bility and the buyer’s exclusive remedy is at manufacturer’s discretion:
(1) product repair or substitution, or (2) refund of the sums paid, on condition that the product
has been returned to the seller or to an agreed place indicated by the Manufacturer, with copy
of detailed receipt.
Shipping and movement costs can be added, except for what forbidden by current laws.
To repair or replace the product, the Manufacturer can use new, restored or in good used con-
dition parts, at its complete discretion.
The replaced product will be guaranteed for the remaining period of the original warranty, or for
any additional period in compliance with the low.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
1 - misuse, accident, negligence, modifi cation, repair, alteration or not authorized disassembly
2 - maintenance operations, use not in accordance with the product instructions or connection
to wrong electrical supply; or
3 - Use spare parts that have not been supplied by the Manufactures or Authorized Dealer.
Requests for call-out are usually managed by the retail store of the product. Please verify this
detail with the seller of the product.
Requests for call-out that cannot be managed by the retail store and all information about the
product can be made directly to the Manufacturer.

Except for what forbidden by law, any implied warranty of merchantability for a particular use of
this product is limited to the specifi c Limited Warranty period of the product.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or inci-
dental damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply in every situation.
This warranty bestows certain legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from
state to state or according to jurisdiction.
Consumers benefi t of legal rights ruled from national laws related to sale of products destined
to end-users, these rights are not affected by the guarantee.
No seller, agent or employed of the Manufacturer is authorized to modify, extend or change the
warranty conditions.
