16 - TROUBLE SHOOTING

PROBLEM

CAUSE

SOLUTION

Vacuum doesn’t turn on

The switch button of the
vacuum unit is OFF

Press the button

The micro line cable is not
connected

See p. 21,22

Control Panel alert is on

See Control Panel manual

Faulty electrical/electronic
parts

Call the Technical Service

There is no air suction from just
one vacuum inlet

The electric contacts are
interrupted or the microswitch
of the suction socket is out
of order

Call the Technical Service

The air suction is weak

More than one vacuum inlet is
being used at the same time

Use only one vacuum inlet at
the same time

The fl exible hose or the
cleaning accessories are
broken

Check that the fl exible hose
and the accessories are not
damaged (change them if
necessary)

The sealing gasket of the dust
bin is damaged

Check sealing gasket integrity

There is a clogging in the
vacuum inlet of the pipe
network

Call the Technical Service

The air exhaust outlet is
blocked

Call the Technical Service
